MANAGING MULTIPLE DEPARTMENTS MADE EASY
EM360’s department module gives your organization the convenience of entering department details and receiving up-to-date departmental information throughout the company. Critical information such as, the department’s name, number, address, main and alternate contacts are available, along with the associated accounts. To further streamline the departmental information, a barcode may be applied for rapid identification. A budget number may also be assigned to a department which promotes accurate accounting and reliable planning.

The Customer module provides the convenience of creating a customer profile for internal and external customers. This was designed to supply instant information regarding customers including the contact name, address, account number, and many other features that promote a great working relationship between organizations and their clients. Like the Department module, a barcode may be assigned to customers to quickly access customer information. A scorecard feature is also available to provide organizations with instant identification on customers from A to F.

SCORECARDS IDENTIFY THE CREAM OF THE CROP
To help relieve the stress and strain caused by unreliable vendors, EM360 developed a system to only allow the best vendors to be utilized by an organization. This provides the ability to grade vendors in an effort to purchase inventory from the most reliable sources. To alleviate tracking down information; a purchase address, return address, and payment address may be listed for the vendor. In addition, barcodes may also be assigned to allow for internal and external vendors to be listed.

Scorecards were developed for EM360 to provide organizations with a thorough way of identifying the cream of the crop with vendors, customers, and staff. The ratings aid overall performance by placing more emphasis on reliable, cost efficient entities to help organizations maintain a lean operating business.

A robust Asset Definition module sits within EM360 which clearly defines and tracks all assets from beginning to end. When an asset is purchased, an asset number is assigned and information such as: the parent asset, the asset’s base location, make, model, year, and serial number may be applied. The asset may also be assigned to an employee along with a corresponding photograph. Further, asset type may be associated with the service group responsible for maintenance. Any specifications may also be entered, and depreciation is readily available. Lastly, a host of specific details may also be associated with the assets.

To stress accountability when requesting and returning assets, EM360 requires the listing of the specific asset that is being reserved, the department utilizing the asset, the asset category, the person reserving the asset, and defining the reservation start-date and end-date. The safeguards reduce lost time and money as it relates to unaccounted for assets that delay future projects.

EM360 also provides Service Repair Codes to give a time efficient and accurate way to identify and charge for service and/or repairs. The codes are preloaded into EM360 and the desired rate per code is entered which dissolves the method of manually creating rates each time maintenance or repair is completed. This provides uniformity throughout the entire business transaction.
